The vineyard and, microclimates that makes up the Spirit Valley California
Chardonnay are influenced by the Pacific Ocean. Here the winters are wet
and summers are mild to provide an even growing season for Chardonnay.
Bright natural acidity is apparent from this climate. This Chardonnay shows
tropical notes of mango, papaya and exotic kiwi. The southwestern facing
vines produce a purity of flavor with wet stone and complex limestone
hints. Balanced and lean style enhances the finish. Serve with seafood,
pasta, creamed sauces and fresh fruit and cheeses.
